Who Thought We'd Be Here?
Both seeking answers from the Universe as they turned 30, co-hosts and longtime pals Steven Aigner and John Pugh found themselves improving in ways their younger and much more wild selves could have never seen coming. They began conquering and healing their past selves with unfamiliar mindfulness tools like meditation, yoga, breath-work, journaling, reading transformative books, and experimenting with mind expanding remedies.
Ignited by a passion to help others struggling with complex problems of their own and a desire to create a new narrative surrounding men's mental health in today's modern society, they created their first collaborative podcast "Who Thought We'd Be Here?" This podcast is all about exploring the boundless potential within ourselves, and to inspire each and every one of us to be fearless in our own unique human experience.
Their goal is to make mindfulness more accessible for folks all around the world, and express the genuine benefits of redesigning your life in a more thoughtful way.
We'd love for you to join us on this spiritual journey, as we try to shine a little light into what it really and truly means to be a good human in this Universe.

Who Thought We'd Be Here?
Episode 031 "Vic Alam & Old Dhaka Coffee House"
The baguette boys are here with a brand new episode! That'll make more sense if you listen to the whole episode.
We're honored to bring you a very special guest this week on "Who Thought We'd Be Here?". Our guest this week on the podcast is none other than Vic Alam, owner and manager of Old Dhaka Coffee House, located inside the Hudson Valley Food Hall in Beacon, New York. The concept of Old Dhaka Coffee House is inspired by Vic's childhood growing up in Bangladesh, and his passion for a good espresso.
In this episode, we talk with Vic about what it's like to run your own small business, and the daily work it takes to bring the best version of yourself to your passion projects. Vic also dives deep on how he uses social media to connect with local customers, how he built a brand with a cohesive aesthetic, and how he plans to branch out into other business ventures in the future.
This episode isn't just about coffee, it's also about friendship! Vic has grown to be a close friend of the podcast ever since it's creation, and he has put a lot of time and effort into creating a more balanced and genuine version of himself in mind, body, and spirit. We ask Vic deep questions about manifesting the future that you desire, learning from the relationships around you, and making time for the things that bring you joy.
This episode was recorded inside the Hudson Valley Food Hall, home of the The Roosevelt Open Mic, hosted by JP and Vic. Check out our next one on Monday, August 26th 2024 at 8pm, and the last Monday of every month.
